Jurisdiction: The incorporated City of Henderson.
Geographic Scope: The far southeastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
Key Boundaries:
- North: Bordered by the unincorporated county area of Whitney (near Russell Road and the Clark County Wetlands Park).
- West: Bordered by unincorporated Clark County (Enterprise/Paradise) along lines running roughly near I-15, St. Rose Parkway, and Bermuda Road.
- South & East: Extends into the Black Mountain range, Sloan Canyon, and out toward the Lake Las Vegas and Bootleg Canyon areas.
- Key Landmarks Covered: Lake Las Vegas, Green Valley Ranch, Water Street District, Cadence master-planned community, Galleria at Sunset mall, and Sunset Station.
